At AESTHETIX, we have a 1-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt. Contact aesthetix.pic@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a shipping label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
For damages or issues, inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any problems.
Certain items like custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
